Located in Breezy Point, this attractive house for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. A beautiful year-round cabin situated next to The Traditional Golf Course at Breezy Point Resort, close enough to enjoy their many amenities. The bathroom and kitchen are newly remodeled with tile and granite countertops. This rustic log cabin has a spacious living room with open ceilings, large plush sofa and a fireplace. Enjoy the large patio with a dining set and propane fire pit. The back has a large open yard for playing yard games and enjoying a bonfire in the firepit. There are 4 Adirondack chairs and firewood. Come relax, breath in the fresh air, and kick your feet up. Enjoy all that Breezy Point has to offer. THE SPACE An all-season cabin ready and waiting for you. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with pull-out couch, and an insulated porch (with use of space heater) can be used all year round. Gas Grill, Fire Ring, Propane Fire Pit, Bean Bag Toss, Ladder Ball, Bocce Ball, Yard Darts, Roku TVs, Wi-Fi, Huge Board Game Selection, and more. Bring your boat along or rent one to drop in at the public access less than a mile down the road or at Breezy Point Marina for $10. Master Bedroom: Queen Bed Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed Bunk Room: Twin over Full Bed with Twin Trundle Living Room: Large Queen Sofa Sleeper Couch Insulated Porch: Full Size Sectional THE RESORT - Golf: 3 courses - Dining: 4 distinctively different restaurant options - Coffee Shop - Ice-cream shop - Arcade - Serenity Spa - Tennis - Swimming Beaches - Playground - Breezy Point Four Seasons Trail - Boating - Gooseberry Island Door Lockbox allows for contactless check-in and check-out No pet policy No Smoking allowed inside Other things to note -Yard games are all stored in the shed. Please be respectful and return all equipment to it’s place when not in use. -Grill/Propane: Please use carefully and be sure to turn off propane after use. A backup propane tank is located in the shed. -Wi-Fi Info: We have high speed internet available for your use during your stay. Info will be provided to you in the welcome book when you arrive to the cabin. -Neighbors: Our neighbors are kind and fun who live there year-round. We ask that you please be respectful. We hope to be able to keep them happy so we can continue to offer our cabin as a rental when we are unable to use it for others to enjoy as well for years to come. -Trash: Garbage pickup is Monday morning. If you're stay lands on a Sunday, please bring the trash cans to the end of the driveway before you leave Sunday or Sunday night. -Security camera installed on the exterior road side of the cabin for safety purposes.

We are a family of 5 and our friends (a family of 3) joined us for the week. The cabin was great! It was stocked well and clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we had wished was set up differently, was that the sofa sleeper would have been swapped with the other sofa in the den area. The den had a door which would offer more sleeping privacy than the pullout being in the main living area that was open to the kitchen.

We enjoyed all the towns in the area. The cabin was clean and comfy. My kids loved all the tv's and the wii! Lots of little things that made the vacation easier.

It was a very nice family cabin. It had pretty much everything we needed and the owner was accesable to ask questions. We enjoyed it!

Our family had a wonderful time at the cabin! We checked out a couple of beaches in the area and went to the playground down the road. Spent a day shopping nearby in Nisswa! They had all the utensils, dish-ware, and things needed for meals at the cabin. Checking in and out was super easy! Was able to get ahold of Angela right away and she was so helpful. I would love to stay here again next time we are in the area visiting family.

A group of 6 of us stayed for a wedding that was happening at Breezy Point. It was perfect! We walked a little less then a mile to the venue and it’s located in the sweetest neighborhood.

Cabin is so adorable! Lots of updates, so many thing were supplied. Very clean! My friends and I really enjoyed it. I could tell a lot of thought was put into this Vrbo!

This property is great for families looking to getaway and also be by the amenities of the Breezy Point Resort. It is a few streets away but offers a quiet space to escape. The space is well kept and clean and offers all you could need during your stay. Would recommend!

Very nice updated cabin at breezy point. Space and activities to accommodate an infant, kids and adults. Kids loved the bean bags and playing catch with the neighbors dog. Close to everything-swimming at breezy, water park and turtle races (Wednesday’s) in Nisswa. Fast communication with owner- was able to stay an extra night!!

The property had more than we anticipated. Games like bag toss, ladder golf, WII-we had a WII dance off with the kids, large capacity washing machine and dryer, all the dishes and plates and silverware (I would add a couple more pieces of silverware) and a dishwasher. The host supplied all the dishwashing soap and clothes soap which was super because we washed clothes everyday. Nice kitchen with a freestanding kitchen island with stools. TV in every room with Netflix, one of my granddaughers and I did a binge watch of Stanger Things while the guys went golfing. Also a girl trip to Nisswa had to be done which was lots of fun with my grandaughters and daughter. there was a firepit out back where you could see the 17th green at Breezy and also a really nice outdoor propane fire pit and a regular propane grill. Plenty of parking out front room for 4 cars. We were about 1 mile from Breezy Point resort. The host supplied a white card that allowed us to use the swimming pool at Breezy Center and also the indoor rec center. We were able to us the swimming and tanning beaches at Breezy without a card. There was an Elvis impersonator on Saturday night that was fantastic. Overall, great place would recommend it. Dick & Janet Putrah and family

It was a wonderful get away! The cabin was very cozy and fit all our needs. It was very nice to be able to relax at our cabin after being at the lake and swimming all day. TV in every room was a very nice touch.
