Photos showed umbrella and two Tommy Bahama beach chairs. One was broken and there was no umbrella. One chair’s zippers were frozen making carrying things to beach more difficult. Absence of any directions for TVs made finding channels an experiment. One tv could only get streaming services. The other did get local stations. Some cooking pans could have been cleaner. Nice to have washer dryer and dishwasher. Good location for nearby beaches, stores, restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

Location is excellent, easy walk to a great beach. The layout of the unit makes it seem larger than it is and two bathrooms are a major plus for a family. Property management is very responsive. Needs some TLC/ deep cleaning to be 5 stars.
