-Good reception staff especially Nancy who communicated mostly through WhatsApp by arranging our trips to Bana Hills and Hoi An and the price was very comparable to the outside grab and it’s more convenient to have the trips and car arranged for you. The other staff at reception was also very friendly and helpful by answering any questions and providing information such as where to go shopping and eating. The breakfast buffet could be improved as the quality was not consistent. We stayed at the hotel for five nights and in some days the buffet was run out of fruits, meat especially the meat is essential for certain dishes. For example, there is no meat (chả lụa) for á dish called bánh hỏi at about 8:30 in the morning although the buffet is not closed until 9:30. But there was a waitress there by the name of Thanh Ngan who was very friendly and came to our table to ask how were everything and asked for feedback and stuffs. However, the room service was kinda horrible as there were hair and stains in both twin beds and we had to talk to reception to have the bedsheets changed in the middle of the night after 12 a.m. in the morning. We gave a big tip to the guy/night shift housekeeper who probably had to wake up to change the bed sheets for us. The next couple of days in the middle of my shower there was no shower gel and I had to tell reception to have someone to replenish the shower gel, then the shower room was clogged and we had to let the reception know again. . Overall ok.

Breakfast buffet is a great deal as it offers a lot of different choices. Great location as it is in front of the beach. We stayed during the Food Tour which made it lively with music entertainment at night.

The view from my room balcony was incredible. Full beach view. Beds were comfortable and rooms a good size, not small. Bathroom was big. Tub/shower was a 2 foot height to climb into to shower, could be hard for elderly persons.
The breakfast buffet included was a large and great selection of food. Pool area was nice and seperate area for children. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

I rated hotel as 3-3 1/2 stars, not 4 for the old & cleaning of the hotel . Convenient location, however next hotel is Bé Biển restaurant with fews trash cans at front that had very bad smell when we walked through to the hotel. Day time in hotel’s elevators ,they put the mats maybe for guest swimming sand, but looked messy when using. Rooms’ lobby had bad mold smell. Overall is ok for staying.
