We were messaged a door code close to the date, which I found really handy. Keys are easily lost, especially when travelling, but with an email with my door code, it felt simple, secure, and safe.
A beautifully quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood, considering it's surrounded by apartments.
The apartment was immaculate and a great size. Whoever owns these obviously goes to great lengths to ensure people have a great stay, and to be honest, it will be my first choice when I next stay in Christchurch.

Modern, clean and convenient
Parking. A bit more information on where to park would be good as blurb on website said street parking available but actually that was not the case outside the property. Ended up parking on Cashel Street other side of Fitzgerald Ave but would be good to be told that

Très bon emplacement proche du centre. Le logement est neuf et très agréable. On y retrouve toutes les commodités dont on a besoin. Notre séjour était superbe et l'hôte nous a régulièrement envoyé des messages pour savoir si tout allait bien.
Pas de place de parking, mais on en trouve facilement dans les rues adjacentes.
