Rooms, Kawa Bath, Butler Services, scrub Massage, Food, Overall Place and Environment. We never get the chance to experience other activities and go to other facilities due to heavy rain.

beautiful property - super cute lighting
accommodations - loved the traditional filipino / filipiniana design, which varies per villa; felt organic and "one with the environment"
service - warm and responsive
no signal apart from the wi-fi (but we wanted to disconnect anyway! just impt to know before coming). connection was reliable while we were there, but there were also frequent (but very short!) power interruptions
for the night owls: bar/kitchen closes at 10pm, so plan ahead

We loved the resort's hilltop location and overall aesthetic. As parents traveling with an active toddler, we especially appreciated the attentive lifeguard at the pool, who made our family feel safe.
The food was underwhelming, and the culinary team could benefit from a better understanding of proper vegan options. Communication among the staff seemed lacking, and room cleanliness was disappointing; we found leftover junk food wrappers in a drawer and potato fries under the bed.
