Large, comfortable bed with nice view over the hills.
- The apartment has the basic facilities needed for a stay.
- Modern design.
Check-in and communication:
- As far as I understood from my experience, there is a 3rd party involved between Booking.com and the property owner.
- I received check-in information via WhatsApp, which I found unusual, as all my previous Booking.com experiences involved communication only through the Booking.com platform.
- I also received check-in information by email, but it contained different and incomplete instructions.
This resulted in a lot of back-and-forth communication just to clarify the check-in procedure.
- The accommodation is actually self-check-in.
- We eventually tested the access ourselves, the correct details were received via WhatsApp.
Apartment and building:
- The apartment itself is a bit darker and not as clean as shown in the photos.
- The entrance is very narrow and inconvenient when carrying luggage.
- Some cleanliness issues: dust, some dirt on the floor, an unclean bathroom rug and some mold on the fruit/bread basket.
- The tea water boiler was not working.
- Bathroom ventilation/airflow was insufficient or not working. The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, and there is nothing to prevent water from splashing across the bathroom or reaching the area around the toilet and sink.
- The building felt poorly maintained and had a strange smell.
- Opening the windows brings considerable outside noise.

Appartamento molto carino, arredato con gusto e funzionale. Cucina piccola ma ben organizzata. 30 mq sfruttati al meglio. Abbiamo amato la terrazza con vista panoramica. Check-in autonomo con lucchetto, posto auto gratuito davanti all'appartamento. Vicinissimo al supermercato, comodo ai servizi. Ottimo per due persone.
Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di spugna nuova
e detersivo per piatti, canovaccio e carta igienica all'arrivo.
Assenza di comunicazione tramite Booking. Ho rivevuto le info minime per il check-in tramite WhatsApp da una signora, che poi ha richiesto i dati personali per la registrazione. Non è sicuro dover inviare documenti personali al di fuori della piattaforma ufficiale, ma altrimenti non ti registrano. Avrei preferito comunicare tramite Booking o presentare i documenti di persona all'arrivo, invece non abbiamo mai visto nessuno. Alla richiesta di chiarimenti per il check-out nessuna risposta, né tramite Booking né tramite WhatsApp.
Rumore dalla strada, ma con i serramenti chiusi nessun problema.
Pulizia minimo sufficiente.
