The abilty to watch, subcribed TV such as the fav netflix, thats a huge plus. Outdoor area, yard gate can be closed. Beatiful parking space, great for big families, close to the shops, great fish n chips, quiet nieghbourhood. Not too mordern to be extra careful about our little one, felt like home.
There wasnt any coffee or milk to make cuppa, two teabags. Just to be picky tbh overall great..

Location was perfect. Great parking for more than 1 vehicle. Erin was a very thoughtful host and had closed the curtains & turned on the heat pump, as she knew we were arriving later in the evening. We really appreciated that. Communication was excellent. The house is nicely decorated and has an inviting feel.
Great shower, lovely kitchen and handy to have a washing machine available if needed.
Beds were a bit hard for our liking, but that is a personal preference. Not enough pillows. There were no bedside lamps.

Easy to find and close to taupo lake. Can comfortably fit our group of 6 with the 3 rooms.
The Bathroom seems to be renovated. But not the other parts of the house. The property owner is responsive on messages and on calls.
It's an old house so expect old things. But the kitchen utensils are not cleaned. The frying pans have scratches, the bedroom have no lampshades so its pitch black once you turn then off, the heaters are old and barely keeping the room warm so its still cold. The kitchen range hood switch is broken. The beds and covers smell like dust (or maybe it could be from the old mattresses). Overall the lights are dim at night as well.
