Property was clean and also easy access to nearest place.
- once booking thru booking.com apps done confirmations all but reach the place the management over there asked me to wait to bank in deposit Rm100..once bank in than only provide apartment details but the management said will refund the deposit with in 3 working days, I check out on 1 September but until now the money not refundable.

It was near to store like Mamaks & the swimming pool is wonderful. The stay was very comfortable and location is convenient near with a lot of interesting places in ipoh.

The location is fair and quiet.
Beds are fine.
There is no toilet paper provided.
Fridge is not clean.
TV is for display only.
Broken shower taps.
Carpark is dimmed.
Quality of the front door lock is poor.
One of dinning chairs is broken.
Master bed room AC unit is not functioning well (not cold).
Only one towel is provided for two bedrooms. It’s not adequate for two persons.
