The location was excellent for Aix-les-Bains, and the apartment was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the steam shower, which was a great feature. The kitchen was well stocked, and the cookware I used, including the frying pan, was good quality. The instructions were also clear and easy to follow.
I arrived about an hour early and was a little disappointed that there was a €25 charge for early check-in, so I decided not to use that option. I had also chosen the apartment partly because of its proximity to Annecy, but in practice, the train schedules make getting to Annecy less convenient than I expected. It’s a great base for Aix-les-Bains, but I found it a little tricky to use as a base for visiting Annecy.
