Die Wohnung sieht exakt aus, wie sie auf den Fotos präsentiert wird. Sie ist sehr vorteilhaft geschnitten und toll eingerichtet. Zudem war sie absolut sauber, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Backofen und Wasserkocher waren so sauber, als wären sie noch nie benutzt.
Wir hatten reichlich frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier. Auch die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck hat absolut unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, selbst scharfe Messer gab es.
Die vorhandene Klimaanlage hat uns sehr geholfen, da wir tags Temperaturen bis 34°C und nachts nie weniger als 26°C hatten.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr praktisch. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe in der Fußgängerzone. Der Strand ist in ~18 min fußläufig erreichbar, der Weg dorthin nahezu autofrei.
Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle, von der man für 1,50€ in die Altstadt kommt.
Jammern auf hohem Niveau: manchmal zieht Rauchgeruch aus anderen Wohnungen rein.
Zudem Tropfen die Klimaanlagen aus höheren Wohnungen bei Betrieb auf ein Blech vorm Fenster. Das ist ziemlich laut und kann als störend empfunden werden.

L'appartamento molto carino dotato di tutti i comfort. Un pò fuori dal centro, ma abbastanza raggiungibile sia in macchina che a piedi.Chi è alla ricerca di un appartamento consiglio vivamente

Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist nicht so leicht, recht voll. Aber wir haben trotzdem was gefunden
