Great location and value for money

Property is really central, only a few minutes walk from the train station. Check in was easy and it was very good value for money

It only comes with 1 set of keys which as we were part of a group meant a lot of back and forth

Dirty and unhygienic accommodation

The location was superb

The apartment was in an unacceptable condition. It was dirty and located in a basement, with dusty furniture and generally poor cleanliness. There was also a serious plumbing issue: whenever water was used in the bathroom upstairs, the washbasin in our bathroom would flood, which was extremely unhygienic. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the mattresses were torn. There was also no wardrobe or suitable storage space for our clothes. Communication with the person responsible was very poor. Despite calling several times, no one answered the phone. Instead, we received WhatsApp messages only after a day, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Overall, the condition of the apartment, the lack of basic facilities, the plumbing problem, and the poor communication made our stay very uncomfortable and far below what we expected
