Pleasant apartment and close to centre
A couple of issues with the bathroom only partially resolved.

Lovely cosy centrally located studio in the heart of Cannes.
It is a studio so you should not expect the usual amenities like a washing machine.

The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the center with some occasional street noise (people/cars) due to the small street in front. Upon arrival we received a guide from the host about check-in, accomodation, tips, ect. We also were able to ask questions via the chat. We were staying for 4 nights so it was convenient we had a Nespresso machine to use, stream our content from our phones to the large television, use the small fridge (no freezer) for our drinks and had good wifi connection.
There was a supermarket around the corner so easy for shopping. The train station within 5 minutes walking. The main square with all restaurants, harbour within 5 minutes walking as well. The beach would be 10-15 minute walk in our experience. In general we had a great stay!
The bathroom was quite narrow so missing a bit of space to properly move and place personal items. There was an interesting smell lingering through the room which was usually noticable when entering the room but after a few minutes not very noticable. The room looks a bit more spacious on the photos due to the large mirrors against the wall.
