Sehr gutes Hotel mit äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Private Liegen am Strand. Lage mit Ausblick top.

Es war nicht ganz klar, welcher Strand jetzt zum Hotel gehört, hier hätte ein Schild geholfen

Nowoczesny, bardzo czysty Hotel.
Personel w recepcji niestety bardzo niekompetentny! Mając małe dzieci nie mogłam zabrać do siebie do pokoju żadnych przekąsek dla nich , ponieważ taki jest regulamin Hotelu, że nie można jeść w pokoju, natomiast recepcja nie była wstanie pokazać mi tego zapisu w regulaminie , ponieważ go nie mają 🙈
Rezerwując pokój sugerowałam się tym, że jest w opisie pokoju balkon, bądź widok na morze . Udowadniając recepcji, że tak jest , dalej próbowała mi wmówić, że źle zrozumiałam opis pokoju. Na szczęście pokoje zostały zmienione, natomiast później czułam się źle czując nieprzyjemny wzrok personelu .
Sniadanie praktycznie co dzień to samo, jak na hotel 5 gwiazdek bardzo mały wybór i nic specjalnego.
Dania z karty również bardzo przeciętne .
Podsumowując, mimo że Hotel jest nowy i bardzo ładny, odwiedzając kolejnym razem Saranda na pewno nie wybiorę tego Hotelu.
