Mit unserem ersten Zimmer waren wir nicht zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten bestellt, es war nur eines. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht ging.
Und jetzt das Gute. Wir sind in ein neues Zimmer gezogen , dort hat alles funktioniert. Der Mann vom Roomservice hat uns sogar geholfen bein Umziehen.

The shop in front the reception had everything you need. The pool was 👌
There was no water ,coffee or tea to drink in the room and only 1 toilet roll for 3 adults for 3 nights.We had to go ask for more and so we only had 2 rolls of 1ply paper for the 3 nights.

nice staff, very polite, response was immediate, good communication and solved every issue that we had, good internet connection
The power cord for the induction cooker has severely degraded insulation, exposing live wiring and posing a direct fire and shock risk. Additionally, the electric kettle leaks completely from its base, creating an electrical safety hazard. The HVAC air filter is heavily clogged and requires immediate replacement to prevent airflow contamination. Furthermore, the mattress protector beneath the bed sheet was stained with visible fluids and stray hair, necessitating a complete replacement.
The flooring beneath the beds, room corners, and table surfaces have accumulated significant dust and debris, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.
Please address these safety and sanitary deficiencies immediately or arrange for an alternative room assignment.
