Horrible experiencia

Mi experiencia con Departamentos Playa Bellavista Tomé fue muy negativa y lamentablemente no puedo recomendar este alojamiento. Realicé una reserva a través de Booking para los días 12 al 14 de septiembre, la cual fue confirmada. El día 11 de septiembre llamé al número de contacto indicado (+56 9 9653 5550) para confirmar nuestra llegada y me señalaron que no había ningún problema. Sin embargo, el sábado 12 de septiembre llegamos junto a mi pareja a las 14:00 horas, dentro del horario de check-in, después de viajar desde otra región, y nos encontramos con que nadie respondía el teléfono. Además, en el edificio no tenían información sobre nuestra reserva ni sabían de nuestra llegada. La situación fue muy incómoda y preocupante, ya que nos quedamos sin alojamiento a pesar de contar con una reserva confirmada y haberla verificado previamente por teléfono. Tuvimos que buscar una alternativa de alojamiento a último momento, con todos los inconvenientes y gastos adicionales que esto implica. Considero que hubo una falta de seriedad y responsabilidad en la gestión de la reserva y, sobre todo, una muy mala comunicación con el huésped. Si una reserva está confirmada, el alojamiento debe estar disponible y debe existir una persona responsable que pueda recibir a los huéspedes y responder ante cualquier inconveniente. Por todo lo ocurrido, no recomiendo este alojamiento y considero importante que otros viajeros tengan esta experiencia en cuenta antes de realizar una reserva.
