This was such a fine place to base our stay in Switzerland. Lausanne is a lovely town, not overrun with tourists and hospitable to visit. Our host went above and beyond to insure our stay was a s comfortable and easy as possible. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.
Can't control the weather and it was quite warm , though there were enough fans and air flow for us to sleep just fine. Others noted the road noise in their reviews and there was some. The bedrooms are away from the street so there were no issues with noise.
