WORST VILLA EVER - TOTAL SCAM

Nothing. Everything was absolutely disgusting: the house and the attitudes of the housekeeper (Wisnu) and the management (Spacious Bali). They deleted my review on Google and I suspect some reviews to be fake.

The moment I stepped inside, I wanted to leave. There is a very strong smell of humidity. The villa is VERY dirty: the furniture is dirty and broken, the bedsheets, the towels were stained, the walls, the bathroom, the kitchen etc THEY ADVERTISE A LIE. The property is surrounded by ongoing construction, so forget about peace, all you hear is noise. You can’t even throw toilet paper in the toilet (which they conveniently “forgot” to mention). To make it worse, the place is nothing like the pictures or description on Booking. It looks more like a cheap guesthouse with one shared area and individual rooms than the private luxury villa they advertise. I mentioned all these issues to Wisu, the staff member. I was very transparent because I wanted us to find a solution together, rather than them receiving a message from Booking about my complaint. I told him that I will let people know about the house, he said with insolence that they’re “not really on Booking but more on Airbnb", so they didn't care about my review ! Wisnu told me that he was going to call the management because he’s not the one in charge of this kind of decision. He jumped on the phone for 5 minutes and spoke in Indonesian (that I don't understand). Then he told me that he didn’t reach the management but he had a check in to do in another villa and he said that he will be back in 10 minutes. Spoiler alert: he never came back. I contacted him on WA and he said that he had an « urgent matter », that he won’t be back and that the management didn’t want to reimburse me. He told me to cancel. After my cancellation (I’ve been charged 50%), I received a message from the management pretending to not know what the issue was and pretending to be nice. They are evil. I wanted to have a discussion and find a solution together. They lied and ran away. This behavior is everything you need to know about them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SPACIOUS BALI

It's an amazing experience staying here. The villa is well maintained and clean. Other than the location which is alittle down the slope, and away from the hustle bustle, all things on point. Tanah lot is a very close by.

Location is secluded. Walking to nearby cafes is impossible. But grab around is easy.
