Nothing but deception. False advertisement. Stay somewhere else.

Location was the only thing I liked.

False advertisement. I booked an studio apartment with balcony ended up getting a room without a balcony. When I told them they said that none of the rooms have balcony. If none of the rooms have balcony then why do they say that they have balcony in the reservation. Then ended up getting only a view of the inside of the building. The AC was not working and when I asked they said the AC is not working in any of the rooms. Fir the price I could have stayed in an actual hotel and the experience would have been 100 times better. Extremely disappointed by the false advertisement in the booking and reservation.

No respect, at all. They don't keep the price. They don't care for their customers.

I did like nothing!!, I did not stated, due to price increase, from $57.15 @ $185.00 Per night. This was really deceptive for mi and my family. They did not care at all. They don't have respect for me, and family.

The price increase!!, As soon I check in, they increase the price. And I could not stated. I paid them $57.15 For 3 nights. And they still have not responded with my money back. They told me that I will get my money back, but nothing yet. They are really mean, not good customer service at all.

El nombre del hotel para reserva no es el nombre real del establecimiento por lo que ubicarse con el transporte desde el aeropuerto es complicado y nadie lo conoce. En la reserva indican que tenían Aire acondicionado y al llegar me indicaron que no estaban instalados aún... no hubo aire acondicionado. No había plancha de ropa. El ventilador de techo no estaba configurado para que la luz se apagara. El elevador no funcionaba y eran 6 pisos... con maletas...
