Great location near the metro, very easy to reach anywhere in the city. Nice district in Busan, yet still quiet. The room was huge by South Korean standards, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. There was also a clothes-refreshing wardrobe, which I appreciated after eating BBQ and hotpot. The bathroom was spacious with great amenities, including a fantastic shower and a very relaxing bathtub. Staff were extremely welcoming; even though their English wasn't strong, they made a real effort to communicate using translation apps and other means. They were always present, which made me feel safe, and they also let me leave my luggage on checkout day while I explored the city before departing. Breakfast is included, served on the 8th floor, with bottled and machine water, a coffee machine, bread, jam, butter, and cereal with milk. There's also a small balcony on the same floor with two free washing machines and a dryer, which was very convenient.
Breakfast is advertised as included but is quite limited ("light breakfast"). Even showing up around 8am, within the 7-9am serving window, the bread was often already gone. Portions should be better managed or increased, since it's not fair if some guests take more and others end up with nothing to eat. Also, the 8th floor (where both breakfast and the laundry area are located) isn't air conditioned, so having breakfast or doing laundry during the hot, humid summer was genuinely unpleasant.

Top hotel, erg mooie ruime en schone kamers. Verder was het personeel ook erg vriendelijk en zat op dichtbij een metrostation en een goede sportschool.

從去年10月中初訪後，這間飯店一直是我的釜山住宿心頭好
這次出發前發現價格相當優惠，便毫不猶豫地手刀改訂!
但這次的體驗卻讓我頻頻皺眉....
明明是去年才新開幕的飯店，這次許多細節的維護與清潔明顯走鐘。
依舊值得稱讚的點
1. 地理位置優越：位於大淵站，前往廣安里、西面或田浦都非常快速
2. 生活機能極佳：鄰近池谷傳統市場可以買草莓!!周邊便利商店CU、GS25與連鎖咖啡(Compose、白老師、Mega、%、Blu Shaak）林立，還有大創、Olive Young
3. 硬體空間感：房間寬敞、乾溼分離且附有浴缸
4. 靈魂設備：附設LG蒸汽電子衣櫥，絕對是吃完烤肉後的救星
1. 硬體毀損：床頭的多合一充電線損壞；浴室掛蓮蓬頭處螺絲鬆脫
※不過隔天早上跟櫃台表示不用清潔但需要新毛巾，晚上回到飯店時不僅放了新毛巾，鬆脫處也修好了🤔
2. 清潔死角：衛生紙盒與室內桌邊緣皆有明顯污垢，桌子邊緣甚至連濕紙巾都擦不掉
3. 備品問題：新毛巾上竟有黃色污漬
4. 設計硬傷：浴室排水高低差設計不是太好，洗完澡後地面容易積水，乾燥速度慢
