My wife and I stayed. Early September. Large, spacious dwelling. Plenty of room to spread out. Would easily cater for 2 couples or family. All rooms large. Fully furnished. Good kitchen. Large fridge. Very clean. Good instructions from owner, on top of which she met us on arrival and gave us the Cook’s tour. Car park at rear. One bathroom with bath. Not an issue for us. It is a 15 minute amble to the Piazza Kennedy, one of the entrances to Spello. Safe walk. There is a small 7/11 about 250 m up the street towards Spello but be aware of siesta hours. Otherwise a large supermarket in Spello (ground level) or one on the outskirts of Foligno about 3 to 5 mins drive away.
Bathroom has a bath, also a hand held shower (shower wand) but no screens or curtains so you need to shower as best you can with the hand held head facing the walls. No air con. Bedroom fan provided and that was ok for our needs (September).

Casa grande. Pulita e in ottima posizione per andare ad Assisi e a Spello centro storico. Parcheggio privato interno molto comodo.
In cucina c'erano solo pentole di grandi dimensioni non adatte a cucinare per 2 persone. In bagno non c'era la tenda alla finestra perché era stata rotta dai precedenti inquilini.

Niente aria condizionata, abbiamo dormito poco e male dal caldo , letti e arredamento vetusto , nel bagno non potevi neanche fare doccia , era tutto rotto .
Lo staff non ci ha fatto entrare prima delle 17 neanche per posare i bagagli e se non prendevamo chiave su appuntamento ci avrebbe lasciato fuori !
