Nicely decorated, spacious, easy to locate.
Needs a few more utensils and cooking items, there was no tea or coffee provided or cleaning products. Also no washing up bowl or bowl which means the tap is constantly running so therefore wasting water for the owner!

Very comfortable bed and settee, roomy accommodation and extremely clean bed linen and towels.
Excellent: in other areas i.e. the entrance hall, stairway carpet and paintwork ... there has a been a significant effort made with work being carried out to renovate / refresh the premises. Well done!
Lisa always very quick to respond and deal with any issues. Superb host.
Apartment 5 has had a lovely new towel rail added to the bathroom. Hopefully, the squeaky / noisy bath and discolouration of the sealant around it will be reviewed / sorted too.
Needed: extra tea towel(s), bin bags, oven gloves, salt and pepper as well as some form of surface cleaner.
Suggest taking your own foil, cling film and kitchen roll.

Easy booking and good communication from Lisa. Quick to come back both via booking.com and texts. Apartments are in a great location, super easy to find, allocated parking which makes things a lot easier. Very much designed as a short stay location for visits, contractors, etc and within walking distance of several shops, cafes etc.
The property needs some tlc - things are a bit worn and tired but nothing a new coat of paint/replacing some fixtures and fittings wouldn't sort. The main issue is the cleaning. We stayed in two different apartments during our time there, neither was clean. The second was especially bad and when I messaged Lisa she replied quickly, refunded the cleaning fee and arranged for a different cleaner to come in. Unfortunately this was no better, and I ended up leaving both apartments cleaner than they were when we arrived. A real shame as so much potential - just different cleaners needed.
