It’s newly renovated, modern and well equipped. The kitchen is well equipped with oven microwave, pans, knives as well as washer/dryer. (But only 1 red wine glass…)
Location is good in the old town, walking distance from shops, markets, cafes etc.
We spent two weeks here and it was really very small for two people to stay in. At the same time, we paid a good amount of money so I don’t think it was great value.
We were never offered a change of sheets or floor cleaning. If people stay 3 days the place is cleaned after every stay- we paid the same price so a weekly cleaning would have been reasonable.
Also, the shower didn’t drain as apparently nobody ever cleaned the drain- those black hairs were not ours!
We never saw staff- everything is done remotely which occasionally caused some confusion.

Apparemment très agréable, climatisé, avec une bonne literie, calme et bien situé. À conseiller pour visiter Aix et ses environs. Marion répond rapidement aux messages.
Personnellement, je trouve que la claustra qui sépare le lit de la table est très élégante.

Superbe grand studio (il ne s'agit pas vraiment d'un appartement 2 pièce) dans le centre d'Aix mais qui reste dans un quartier très au calme.
Très propre et les équipements sont de très bonne qualité.
Quelques assiettes/fourchettes et une grande casserole seraient appréciables quand on cuisine à l'appartement.

L’intérieur du logement est sympathique
Le matelas est à changer et la largeur du lit trop petite pour deux
L’accès au logement est difficile avec une valise que ce soit dans l’escalier ou pour passer les différentes portes qui ne s’ouvrent pas entièrement
Dommage que nous n’ayons pas été reçu par l’hôte ce qui ne nous a pas permis de lui dire de vive voix
