The environment is pleasant and it doesnot feel like i am only having a bed. Most comfortable stay that i ever imagine in this price. Love it
The towel: its funny but when i repeated the booking for the next day, the towl was not given to me and the charged for the towel ; and yes i can understand that the staff only keep us in memory that we are still there. But i was unable to tell them that i booked the place again by booking.com

Clean.. beds were wide and comfortable to sleep in.. temperature control was good. Met friendly people/travellers/businessmen/student
Cooking limitations. We were to order or cook. But only one induction, one oven, and one heating induction was provided. Some people were hogging all three.
Another thing, there were no facilities or flexible facilities for pregnant women and aged, as in for eating we had to climb the stairs to reach dining hall. If they could accommodate them in such special circumstances, downstairs in the common hall, that'd have been great.

The property was very clean. They have 24 hour reception and it’s clear that they are routinely cleaning the place. The beds were very big and comfortable. This place is great for 1 or 2 nights before a flight or a layover in Mumbai.
Unfortunately, I was woken up on both nights by people talking loudly in Hindi during the night. The staff need to do a better job at implementing quiet hours during the night so people can get a proper nights sleep. Make sure you take earplugs with you and an eye mask as the big lights were turned on frequently and people were making noise.
The room was advertised as a 6 bed dormitory, however, upon arriving I was sharing a room with 12 people instead.
I read a lot of reviews about the location being unpleasant. I thought, how bad can it be. The hostel is located in the middle of a slum. It was definitely an experience from someone who lives in the west. I went for a stroll one afternoon and you will get a lot of stares and people approaching you to say hi if you are not from India.
The bathroom and toilet smelt like sewage. I’m not sure if that was the hostels fault or purely due to the location of the place, but regardless it wasn’t pleasant.
