Don't be Fooled

nothing Upon booking , it said they would meet you at the property You don't see anybody at this property And they make you sign a lease after they get you to pay for it unrefundable on booking Then you get off at the central train station in la Spezia and have to drag your luggage down a half a mile , almost to a locker and pick up your keys. which in the least was a fine for losing , but yet came on a broken ring. Then lug all your baggage back up to the central station where you have to get transportation to the accommodation Was not an easy feat for two elderly women Also makes you phone him or text him upon your arrival to make sure you got there before 9 o'clock.Or he charges you another thirty euros. Upon arriving , there was a bathtub with no shower curtain and a handheld shower I could not believe it. then the first thing that happened was.I went to sit on the toilet and the toilet seat wasn't secured to the bowl and it slid off and I almost fell. I wasn't even able to shower in the four days that we stayed there 😪 There is no information with this property on things to do or how to get around , so you would definitely have to be from italy Then he has you sign a lease to rent the apartment on an app And before he will rent the apartment , he makes you send a picture of yourself holding up your passport next to your face even after we send them to him on the app and signed his lease This is not disclosed on booking. Evidently , it's a management company. Which , when I phoned , the girl sabrina , that the number was given to us for it was an invalid number.
