Returning won't be repeated

We won’t stay in this apartment again. Not knowing until after arriving that the bathroom & toilet are on a higher floor is one factor. There’s also no light switch on that upper floor – so if you forget to turn it on before going up, you have to descend, turn the light on, then go back up. There’s also no window to open for fresh air in the bathroom. The apartment is not suitable for old people, those who are not strong, or people with a mobility disability. That’s because the toilet & bathroom are on the floor above the apartment, being connected by a steep, winding, internal staircase without a handrail. Climbing up & down that staircase is dangerous because there’s no hand rail. Losing balance & being unable to prevent falling will eventually happen to one of the people staying. I'm separately formally complaining to Bookings.com about the website information about that bathroom access because the website is presently misleading, deceptive & leads customers to danger. Another shortfall is that the apartment isn’t air conditioned. And the long list of maintenance needed is another. I’ve submitted a separate report on 10 items. Many of those deficits are mentioned in past Reviews, so the property owner is ignoring fault reports. Note that there are roughly 20 other apartments in the same building in The Boulevarde, Lewisham. Some of those may or may not have the same disadvantages.

The stove didn’t work properly. One hot plate only work but the temperature would not go above low. So unfortunately could not cook food. Disappointing.
