Nalu was exactly like the pictures, very comfortable, extremely clean and spectacular views. The personalised introduction to the property was wonderful, spot on recommendations wished we could have tried them all.

The location was perfectly set on the beach front.
It was so cosy it felt immediately homely.
It came equipped with everything you need.
Perfect staycation apartment.
The checkout process was difficult to navigate. You leave your keys on the bench, but can’t exit via ground level, you have to go to the basement levels. It’s not accessibility friendly, and the checkout process is purely aligned for people who drive. I’d suggest posting the keys in the letterbox to leave via ground level for those without a car.

From the start to the end my expectations were exceeded by the staff, facilities and location. The weather and whales put on a show. We can't wait to go back.

Well laid out, excellent bed, linen, towels. Spacious. Parking a bonus. Amazing view. Good idea to have company representative meeting customers on site as there are a few ‘details’ to absorb. The compendium is very useful.
Minor, but a small saucepan would be useful.
