Very spacious und many chill areas, balconies and fully stocked kitchen. Location was amazing with restaurants, cafes, a mall and a 24/7 supermarket all in under 10 minutes walking distance.
Just the creaky and funky stairs to get to the second story but it was still totally fine. The floors were a bit dirty and the shampoo holder was loose/broken and fell out in the bathroom downstairs. But still it wasn’t that bad, just some small things.

La posizione, la vista, i servizi dentro casa, gli spazi, la jacuzzi. La disponibilità ad un contatto veloce con gli host via telefono e whatsapp. persone super gentili e disponibili. Comprensive dei disagi e disponibili a dare suggerimenti.
La pulizia sotto i letti era discutibile. Uno dei letti aveva delle doghe rotte e dormirci non è stato piacevole ne confortevole. Una delle stanze era priva di aria condizionata ed uno dei condizionatori non funzionava. L'host si è messo a disposizione per sistemare tutto, ma fino alla nostra partenza non si è visto nessuno per sistemare o risolvere le problematiche.

Great location, fabulous views and felt really safe and quiet. Good communication prior to arrival with clear instructions.
interior a bit tired, badly cracked sink in upstairs en-suite, skirting board off wall, broken blinds, dead plants outside and no A/C in one of the bedrooms. Most annoying issue was lack of seating outside. No furniture on small terrace and on large terrace there is lounge metal set however only 1 random cushion therefore completely unusable. I messaged host twice about this but it was not rectified.
