⚠️ Do Not Recommend: A Deeply frustrating and disappointing Experience

Great location and nice building

The Main Issues: * Rooms & Cleanliness: Upon entering, the first thing you notice is a stiff, musty smell of mildew. The carpets are torn, dirty, and emit a foul odor. The windows and glass partitions are visibly filthy, and the doors are in a state of total disrepair. * Hygiene & Amenities: The toilet paper, soap, and shampoo provided are of the lowest possible quality. The towels are dingy and stained, while the pillows feel old and worn out, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. I asked for towels, they said NO 👎 * Neglected Facilities: It is disheartening to see the indoor plants dried up and dying; the neglect is evident everywhere. Even the laundry machine was too dirty to use, which is unacceptable. There is no dryer. Service Failures: * There is no Air Conditioning (AC), which, combined with the humidity and smell, makes the room feel suffocating. * Connectivity: The internet is terrible. The signal is unstable and completely unreliable for even basic browsing or work. Conclusion: This property lacks basic maintenance and fails to meet even the minimum standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The only hiccup was that we were in 5 but there were only 4 towels. Besides that, everything else was flawless.

Great value in desirable neighborhood of Miraflores.

Safe, convenient and very walkable neighborhood. 24 hour security. Washing machine, huge refrigerator. Two nice TV's. Newer building with elevator. Large apartment with good size rooms. Responsive host.

Located two floors above street level, the windows and walls are a bit thin so you will hear the sounds of the city and your neighbors.

Awesome

Location was great.

Check in was a little complicated, front desk was not notified of my arrival. After that everything else was smooth, just reported damages the property already had to keep it in the records. Very nice location, close to the majority of places I needed to go to. Property manager was kind and nice all the time. Definitely coming back I didn’t like the fact it is winter and property only has a washer, not a dryer

La ubicación excelente, el lugar muy bien distribuido. Cuando llegamos habían toallas, papel higiénico, bolsas de basura. El personal responde rápido a inquietudes.

Tiene un olor fuerte a humedad, las camas no son muy cómodas, No había trapero. Nos quedamos una semana y nos dijeron que no hacían cambio de toallas ni refill de papel higiénico. Creo que para un lugar donde nos hospedamos 5 personas hace falta al menos esa atención.
