If you're travelling to Rugby for Scrumbag Fest this property was perfect. There's a Polish supermarket and a chippy just down the road, the train station, a Tesco, and a McDonalds close by, and it was only a 10 minute walk to the venue. Good facilities for cooking your own meals, and with on bedroom upstairs and the other downstairs it's perfect if someone snores. If Scrumbag Fest is on again next year I'll definitely look into coming back to this property.

So pretty & lovely! Owner lovely & accommodating with early checkout in too.
My only issue was the early checkout as I’m use to 11am / 12pm so that was tough with being at a festival all weekend. TBH that’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay again, sadly. I would have happily paid for a late checkout tho.

This was in an excellent location for us and the host had thought of everything within the property.
There was nothing to fault with this property.

Warm and cosy. Very welcoming with lovely little touches on arrival such as chocolates and a stocked fridge.
The shower broke on our last night. Contacted owner and never got a response, not even the following morning. Would have been nice to be acknowledged. Communication overall from the host via was quite poor/ non existent. No clear check out instructions either. Says it’s sleeps up to 6 which it does in theory but very narrow spacing throughout the property and staying here with 5 people meant we were almost all on top of each other.
