Very little given to make it feel special expect for the price.

Nice size balcony, property was a good size, very close to the sea, grocery shop and restaurants.

I was disappointed with the sound from the neighbours apartment. You could hear them walking about and flushing the toilet. There wasn’t any coffee or tea and very cheap toilet paper and they didn’t even stock enough of that! There was payment for cleaning and then we were was asked to clean the dishes and put out the bins?? We also had to leave a 500 euro security deposit…..

We really enjoyed our stay in Nice.

We loved its position right opposite the beach & sea. It was very close to a supermarket which was great for shopping for food. It was also very close to the tram station. The air con was good in the bedroom as it was so hot.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Cozy little seafront was a 10 out of 10!

Great location to public transportation. Quiet neighborhood location compared to Nice Centre. Clean , comfortable and gorgeous view!
