I booked two rooms. Mine was really lovely (on the first floor), the other (my daughters) was on the ground floor and wasnt as nice. Its smelled a bit damp and the air conditioning unit leaked a lot of water dripping on to and causing water to pond in the corner of the room. But the owner was at the other end of the phone and instructed us to turn it off and use the backup one in the kitchenette so all was well and the temperature was super.
The cockroach! Although the lovely family next door came to our help and got rid of it! The people in Bari are so nice!

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful location! Rustic and modern design, fabulous setting in the Old Town. Panoramic sea view. We loved it! Clean, well-maintained accommodation; perfect communication with the owner.
Water leaks from the shower into the hallway, and we also noticed the toilet brush was missing.
