The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful. It has a lovely view from the balcony, and it also has parking. The owner is very friendly and attentive.
The bathroom was leaking water and the floor was always wet, maybe put something there to keep it dry.

La casa era spaziosa.
La villetta, in parte ancora in costruzione, è situata in una zona isolata, distante dal centro di Dhërmi.
Non ci siamo sentite completamente sicure. Non era molto chiaro chi altro fosse presente nella struttura, se ci fossero altri ospiti e soprattutto chi alloggiasse accanto al nostro appartamento.
Durante una notte, purtroppo, siamo state disturbate da rumori molesti e da un continuo via vai fino a tarda notte, è stato difficile prendere sonno. Dalla nostra porta d’ingresso entrava un forte odore di fumo, come se qualcuno stesse fumando davanti alla nostra porta.
Ci è dispiaciuto vivere questa situazione perché, data la posizione isolata della struttura, il fatto che fossimo due ragazze sole e che fossimo state accolte da una persona responsabile del nostro soggiorno (che non sappiamo se fosse il proprietario o chi altro) solo in fase di consegna chiavi, ci siamo sentite un po’ a disagio.
Con una maggiore attenzione alla tranquillità degli ospiti e alla chiarezza sulla presenza degli altri ospiti, il soggiorno sarebbe stato sicuramente più piacevole.
