Comfort and location and Maverick was easy to talk to
For doable improvement purposes:
A little welcome treat would be nice or maybe some complimentary coffee sachets and sugar when you arrive as while you settle in
We were itchy and found bed bugs and there were cockroaches at night time

The place was not fully cleaned. We needed to shake the sheets off and there were stains on the bedspread. There was no toilet paper, TV service, or hairdryer. The Host did come bring toilet paper, and fixed one of the TV's to receive wifi. No hairdryer, but we survived after my wife did a little cleaning/dusting. Location and the staff in the Lobby were excellent.
Traffic!! Hahaha. Lack of essentials at first.
