King size bed, individual room heaters, good lounge kitchen, keybox for access, good wi-fi. Great location, quiet part of town but very close to shops restaurant and seafront. Great value, good communication with host. Classic Welsh cottage.
On street parking can be limited, slightly cramped bedroom & shower. Location makes up for all these minor points.

Perfectly located for Aberaeron, shower was ace. Ideal for two couples. We loved our stay.
There was an ironing board but we couldn't find an iron. Not a complaint just pointing out.

Nice location. Comfortable bed. The place was clean and well-supplied with towels. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of hot water but we needed to read the instruction sheets/ ring owner as the hot water for boiler was switched off.
Main problem was we were given wrong door code and then discovered this had happened to the previous guest from reading the visitors' book. We could not get in touch with the owner but managed to get through to the agency before closing. The owner rang back later. The shower head came away from the wall; I told the owner but she said her cleaner had not told her- better communication needed there.
Disappointed there was no milk or tea bags on arrival but I suppose this not a given.
