Очень разочарованы проживанием
Я не могу сказать, что мне хоть что-то понравилось. Потому что место размещение заменили в 7 утра в день размещения. Сказали, что подтвержденая нами квартира не доступна и нам предлагают другую. Я запросила фотографии, прислали пару фото, выгодно показывающие обьект
Во-первых, это не квартира, как можно было ожидать, а небольшая комната, оборудованная в бывшей квартире в комплексе «Сияние». В одной комнате находятся кровать, стол, холодильник и старая электрическая плита. Санузел очень маленький, около 3 кв. м.
При заселении нам сообщили, что есть проблема с унитазом и скоро придет сантехник. После ухода горничной выяснилось, что унитаз даже не был нормально очищен после предыдущих гостей (фото прилагаю).
Затем обнаружилась более серьезная проблема - отсутствие холодной воды. Мы сообщили об этом и попросили заменить жилье, но нам ответили, что сантехник скоро придет и свободных вариантов нет.
Состояние помещения также оставляет желать лучшего: старый и неопрятный ремонт, холодильник наполовину покрыт льдом, посуда старая и выглядит не очень чистой. В ванной комнате на зеркале, раковине и в душевой были волосы.
Поздно вечером вода появилась, но принять душ нормально все равно было сложно. Душевая лейка была подключена самодельным образом, трубку постоянно пережимало, поэтому было трудно регулировать воду.
Утром холодной воды снова не было, поэтому в 7 утра мы решили покинуть жилье. Когда мы выходили, горничная сказала, что через пару часов освободится другая квартира и мы сможем принять там душ. Мы никак не отреагировали на это предложение, поскольку к тому моменту уже приняли решение уехать.
Единственный плюс: кровать удобная, но была застелены дешевым синтетическим постельным бельем .
Для нас это жилье совершенно не соответствовало ожиданиям. Особенно неприятно, что проблемы с водой и санитарным состоянием помещения были очевидны уже при заселении, но своевременного решения предложено не было.
