We all loved that we can hear the surf from the back patio area. Enough rooms and bathrooms for six older generation ladies. Large kitchen facilities and a secure garage for our vehicles.
The issue we had when we arrived was attended to immediately after informing the property manager. Property manager is lovely and a joy to work with every time. The bottle of wine was very much appreciated. Thank you all.
My sisters found that the mattress in the main back bedroom was a lot firmer than last year.
House had been occupied before our arrival but because of poor communication it had not been cleaned prior to us arriving on the Friday afternoon.
Cleaners arrived early Monday to clean the property unaware we had been granted a late checkout.

Plenty of room for three families.
It’s lovely and big but not enough cups or cutlery, we didn’t have enough to all have a fork at the same time

The house has a lovely warm feel, is well laid out and well decorated, the location is great in close proximity to the beach and shops nearby, and within a short distance to Mandurah centre.
A few minor things, like the coffee machine could have had coffee pods and the kitchen could have done with some basic things like cooking oil and cleaning products.

The location was great for what we needed . We found it to be very clean and inviting . Close to the beach and parks and cafe
Nothing we didn't like , but we found that having no broom or dust pan and broom was a bit weird . We always love to have our facilities clean before we leave .
