Location was excellent with a small parking space outside.
Short walk into the village.
Very small cottage which suited me fine.
Bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything i needed. It was so quiet and when the street light outside timed off early hours of am it was pitch black outside, extremely peaceful location with the sound of the waves if you wanted windows open. Very good small terrace overlooking sea with seat and table which i used for my breakfast.
Great communication from the booking agent.
Oil filled radiators took a while to figure out and house definitely needed that warmth especially in the bathroom. However once i had heating figured out i was very happy.

Wunderhübsches kleines Cottage, sehr sauber, praktisch ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.
Fantastische Lage in Laufweite zum Zentrum von New Quay, zum Hafen, zum Strand und zu Wanderwegen entlang der Küste.
Außergewöhnlich vor allem die kleine Zusatzterrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht und die darin tummelnden Delphine (wir konnten Sie an jedem Tag beobachten). Wir sahen aber auch einen Seehund und einen Otter (!).
Die Organisation und Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief super freundlich und professionell, und war immer schnell.
Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, eng aber auch mit etwas breiterem Auto gut möglich.
Es wäre gefrevelt zu sagen, dass uns etwas nicht gefallen hat. Das Doppelbett könnte ein klein bisschen breiter sein, und eine dritte Person hätte im hinteren Zimmer natürlich nicht Ausblick wie aus dem vorderen Schlafzimmer.
