Truly a great place to stay and to spend your vacation. Perfect location, parking availability and amazing view from the terrace. There are all accessories and amenities you may need in such property. The host was very supportive and friendly. If someday we come back to Chania, for sure we will stay again at the same place

Comment vous dire, nous avons adoré cet appartement qui au delà de l équipement qui est complet (une vrai cuisine avec de vrai équipements) et en plus très bien décoré, l emplacement à 50 m de la plage et 10 min du centre est juste fantastique. La place de parking est aussi un plus dans ce quartier où se garer n est pas simple. Bref c est un bel appartement qui correspond aux photos. Le petit plus le soleil se couche en face du balcon….

When staying in a property we judge a place on three main categories - Location, facilities and finer touches.
Location - this apartment is perfectly placed between the main town to the east and the beaches to the west. You are placed at the end of a strip of restaurants and bars fronting onto the bay which gives the most beautiful sunsets. With a 10 minute walk you can be in the old town, again with loads of restaurants, bars and boat trips out of the harbour. The view from the balcony is superb, looking straight at the peninsula which the sun disappears behind in a glow of orange.
Facilities- the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has all the appliances you could ask for, including a coffee machine, large fridge freezer and an electric hob. A large flatscreen TV is subtlety hidden in the lounge area and proved essential for the World Cup.
Apart from the sunsets, the balcony has a couple of comfortable sun chairs and a dining table to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or even dinner if you are staying in.
Finer touches - Peter met us at the apartment as promised and showed us around. We quickly realised this apartment was going to be just what we wanted to enjoy our ten days in Chania. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had personal items dotted around the place which gives it a homely feel. In the fridge was a welcome pack of fruit, vegetables, beer, wine and ice in the freezer…..nice touch.
Ultimately, when you first arrive in a new place, you hope and pray you have chosen right, this apartment exceeds expectations and made our stay in Chania all the more enjoyable knowing where we were staying. Thank you Peter, until the next time…..
