NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa

Amazing property. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very good location near cafe restaurants train station trams etc…

Loved everything. Decor. Location. Breakfast

Great location, 5 minute walk from the train station, close to the bars and restaurants and Marina and a 45 minute walk to the terminal for the ferry to Tallin

The view we were offered a courtyard room but the view was just of the side building

Great location. Helpful staff

Vouchers given to use in bar were not usable as bar was shut.

Perfect location

All the common aeras are very dark : furnitures, carpets, wall colors etc… I don’t understand why a 5 stars hotel is using plastic plants all over the common areas. This is a very disturbing image/feeling in a country where there is a huge respect towards nature The furnitures in my room seems to be placed without any concept of harmony and visual knowledge! The hunging bar for clothing is located in a very strategic position: at the entrance where if you dont pay attention you can harm yourself. The staff ones again is traind to offer an early check in by proposing a more expensive room!!!
