Loved the location so close to the Blue Mosque, the apartment was clean and very spacious. Wifi and air conditioning were very reliable. Liked being able to sit with a book on the rooftop terrace after a day of sightseeing.
Nesrin was a lovely host, checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure all was well
Ferhat, the owner of the restaurant next door checked us into the apartment and he was also so friendly and welcoming.
At the end of our stay we had issues with our prebooked airport transfer and both Nesrin and Ferhat were so helpful and ensured things were sorted.
If you want a spacious, good value apartment with kind hosts and a great location 1001 Boutique House is the place to be.

The location is great, making it easy to get around. The apartment was very nice and clean. What made it truly special was the host Nesrin—she was incredibly friendly and helpful from day one. She even went above and beyond to help us arrange a taxi for our departure to the airport and was inquiring how we feel and with what she can help us more.. Highly recommended!
Nothing, we were very satisfied and happy with the host and the flat.

Очень хорошее месторасположение в районе Сутланмахмед. Квартира находится на 2-м этаже. Хотя по факту он будет третий (1-й считается нулевым). Наверх ведет не очень удобная узкая винтовая лестница, для людей с ограничениями в мобильности это может стать проблемой. Сама квартира очень маленькая, но хорошо обустроена, есть все необходимое от сковородки до утюга, в том числе все расходники. Особо порадовало наличие двух огнетушителей и пожарной сигнализации. Идеально для группы из 3-х человек, 4-м будет возможно немного тесновато. Хозяйка кватиры Несрин встретила нас на входе в жилище, все показала, также приехала на чекаут. На чекин нас ждал приятный сладкий сюрприз (на фото). Все 8 дней Несрин постоянно интересовалась все ли у нас в порядке, быстро устранила проблемы с кондиционером. Такого приветливого хоста у нас никогда не было :)
Нам не хватило кухонных принадлежностей. Более качественная электроплита и пара сковородок с крышками сделали бы это жилье лучше.

Lage: Noch dichter an den bedeutensten Sehenwürdigkeiten geht kaum. Ein Luxus, abends noch einmal um die Ecke zur Blauen Moschee zu schlendern, und die sieht bei Dunkelheit mega aus. Die steile Straße ist relativ wenig befahren, so dass man von den üblichen Hupkonzerten weitgehend verschont bleibt.
Personal: Wir haben bei all unseren Reisen noch keine Vermieterin erlebt, die sich dermaßen rührig um ihre Gäste gekümmert hat. Vom persönlichen Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung. Danke liebe Nesrin – du bist absolute Referenz. Der Besitzer der Pizzeria ist ebenfalls äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und sein Iskender Kebap lohnt den Besuch allemal.
Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Lediglich eine Mikrowelle ist nicht vorhanden, aber die braucht man in Sultanahmet definitiv nicht. Super dagegen der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und der türkische Kaffeekocher. Wir haben uns für zuhause gleich einen bestellt…
Komfort: Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Fenster haben eine gute Schalldämmung. Das Schlafzimmer ist abseits von der Straße gelegen und wir konnten ruhig schlafen, obwohl wir lärmempfindlich sind. Selbst der Muezzin war nur leise zu vernehmen. Für Gäste, die zu dritt unterwegs sind: Das dritte Bett befindet sich in einem Zimmer zur Straße und neben dem Bett rappelt ein Durchlauferhitzer nicht gerade leise. Die Sanitärräume sind nicht groß, aber es funktioniert alles. Die Klimaanlage können wir nícht beurteilen, weil es abends so kühl wurde, dass wir sie nicht brauchten.
Sauberkeit: Perfekt. WLAN: Perfekt.
Fazit: Für zwei Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – würden wir sofort wieder buchen.
Absolut keine Kritikpunkte - es war wirklich außergewöhnlich.
