La posizione della casa è buona rispetto all'Imbarcadero nuovo di Intra, ci si arriva in 10-15 minuti a piedi con le valigie. Consiglio di arrivarci in taxi solo la prima volta perché per arrivare in Vicolo delle Fornaci dal lungolago a piedi si incontra un ponticello senza marciapiede. La posizione è buona rispetto al centro di Intra raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è molto carino ed ha un terrazzino con vista lago. E' al terzo piano senza ascensore e i soffitti - essendo una mansarda - in certi punti sono bassi quindi bidogna fare attenzione, ma nulla di preoccupante.

Der Blick von der Loggia was sehr schön, ebenso die Einrichtung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und es wurde schnell beantwortet.

Die Beschreibung wo exakt die Wohnung ist hat gefehlt. Der Parkplatz, ist einen Häuserblock weit weg und für jeden frei zugänglich. In den Monaten wo es sehr heiß ist, ist es sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage ist anscheinend defekt, bzw. schafft es nicht die Dachwohnung akzeptabel zu kühlen. somit hatten wir 30 Grad in der Wohnung. Es wurde uns am nächsten Tag, ein zusätzliches Standklimagerät gebracht, aber unter 28 Grad haben wir die Temperatur leider nicht senken können.
