Such a lovely annexe, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Great location too. The hosts Janice and Richard were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

The annexe is just lovely. Beautifully decorated and so clean. Everything you could need for a lovely break and very central to all the facilities of Felixstowe. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay.
