The location was great, a few minutes walk from the cathedral and central amenities. The flat itself was very tastefully designed and looked great.
There was a feeling that it was "style over function". For example, there were no hooks to hang towels or clothes anywhere in the bathrooms. There were also very few flat surfaces to put things on in the bedrooms and so some tasteful additional furniture in keeping with the flat's minimalist decor would be useful. The biggest challenge we had was the air-conditioning wasn't operating efficiently, which was a challenge with the Seville summer temperatures, but the property management were attentive and sent an engineer to help fix the issues we raised and they also purchased fans for all the rooms which helped make our stay more comfortable. A couple of practical improvements to make staying a little more comfortable would make this a great flat which the management company were doing.

La ubicación (a muy pocos minutos de la catedral), la atención del personal (nos informó antes de ir de los posibles parking dadas las fechas de visita y respondía todas nuestras dudas), la amplitud de la estancia, la tranquilidad del apartamento.
Leímos comentarios de otras personas que ya se han corregido: por ejemplo, sí se puede salir del portal sin llave (hay un botón en la zona de la izquierda que descubrimos al final tal vez condicionado por los comentarios) y sí hay tendedero.
No supimos graduar la ducha del baño exterior a la habitación pero, como no nos afectaba en exceso porque íbamos con nuestros hijos, tampoco preguntamos al personal encargado

La ubicación
Lo peor de todo, sin duda alguna ha sido el aire acondicionado, no enfría, hace ruido pero no enfría. Era uno de los requisitos de búsqueda para los días que íbamos (25 de julio), pagas por ello y te encuentras un piso a más de 30 grados para dormir. A la ducha de la habitación le han quitado la puerta. Las luces no funcionan bien (la instalación). Y la limpieza un poco regular, no estaba mal pero bastante mejorable, por ejemplo las duchas o la zona de la chimenea
