Comfortable and beautiful apartment at a nice location. A mobile AC and two fans were present to cope with the warm weather, which made a big difference. Nice neighbourhood with lots of bakery's, asian restaurants and two big parks within walking distance where the kids can play.
Though the bathroom was clean it needs some maintenance. The paint was peeling on the wall next to the toilet due to some water damage. There was also a unpleasant chemical smell, which meant we had to keep the door closed to avoid it permeating the other rooms. Keeping the bathroom fan on 24/7 kept it within the acceptable range.

A good price-quality property, clean, in a very good area. Well equipped and spacious, we had a comfortable stay here.
The hard smell on the building persist sometimes also in the apartment. The sofa should be replaced or repaired.

La décoration et la taille de l’appartement est très agréable pour 4 personnes.
L’appartement est rénové avec goût et il y a tout les équipements dont on peut avoir besoin durant un séjour pro ou perso.
L’équipe de la conciergerie est très bien et très professionnel.
Le quartier es agréable et il y a disposition tout les commerces et restaurants pour satisfaire toute la famille.
1/ L’ODEUR DES CANALISATIONS ! Que ce soit dans la cage d’escalier ou dans l’appartement … c’est vraiment insupportable , c’est une odeur d’humidité et de canalisation ! Les murs de la douche sont moisis sous la peinture ! Nos vêtements embaument cette odeur !
2/ LA MAUVAISE INSONORISATION, les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage laissant passer le froid mais surtout le bruit incessant des véhicules ou même des passants qui discutent dans la rue … l’impression qu’ils étaient dans le salon !
