1. Very near to Farley Supermarket, Sing Kwong Supermarket (5-10 mins away)
2. Also near to Sibujaya via the new bypass road (around 15 - 20 mins away)
3. Quiet neighbourhood, very calm
4. Owner provides a lot of plastic bags for waste, very convenient
5. Spacious home
1. Jalan Salim is the hotspot for traffic jams. Avoid going out during peak hours like 4 - 6pm
2. You have to drive to eat out, no shops nearby within a walking distance
3. Can invest in a cheap water filter

The homeowner is a fast responding person. We did requested for a stand fan and one extension cord, he bought immediately and send to us. Thanks.
The facilities are not well managed. Air-cond in the master bedroom is not cool, kitchen is very dusty and the water filter is not functioning properly.
