The layout of the Lodge, the bed linin was clean and fresh. Each bedroom had its own shower room. Secluded garden.
The jets in two corners of the hot tub did not work. There were two frying pans which were in a bad state and I would not have cooked in them. Luckily, I bought my own. There was only one saucepan which is not acceptable for a lodge sleeping 8 people. The ceiling fan was very dirty and the fan light did not work. The wall clock did not work. The patio table needed cleaning and the umbrella had seen better days. Not good for the price we paid.

It was a great layout and accommodated our group really well. The lounge was extremely comfortable and we were very warm. Staff were really helpful when they’d missed the email about how we wanted the rooms configured. Location was good for exploring the local area.
Parts were a bit tired, especially in the bathrooms, the upstairs bath didn’t drain, downstairs toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. Also the overall cleanliness of the bathrooms was disappointing.
