Le logement est propre et spacieux, l'immeuble est sécurisé et les communs sont propres.
L'immeuble est non loin de la gare à pied, ce qui permet de prendre le train très facilement pour aller aux Cinque Terre.
Le centre de La Spezia est également à 20-25 minutes à pied.
La cuisine est bien équipée même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée, nous avons pris nos repas à l'extérieur (il y a 2 bars à proximité pour prendre un petit-déjeuner à des tarifs très acceptables)
Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais les instructions reçues par Whatsapp étaient claires pour le check-in et le check-out. Nous avons bénéficié d'une place de parking dans la cour privée, ce qui était très appréciable.
La rue est assez fréquentée et impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit (heureusement il y a un climatiseur)

Nice cozy apartment, the owner was really helpfull and goes above and beyond to accommodate you best.
The aircon was a blessing in this really warm weather.
Around you have supermarkets and some restaurants within walking distance.
I wished they had an indoor clothes rack. The one outside is difficult to use.

Ve lo consiglio vivamente,la casa era pulitissima,distanza dalla stazione ottima,abbiamo usufruito della cucina molto comoda ,con il supermercato vicinissimo.La casa per due persone era perfetta ci siamo trovati benissimo,il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.Ci tornerò sicuramente
