The apartment looked just like in the pictures. The apartment was well equipped and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants, some convenience stores and japanese stores nearby. The lotte mall And lotte mart are around 10 minutes by foot.
I witnessed some of the criticism other guests stated, so let me add a few words: yes, the AC stopped working, but it is easy to restart. If this happens, reset the AC remote with a paperclip and it works again. Yes, I did see an ant once in one place. However, it was really tiny and I didn't have any further issues with ants. Yes, the Bidet is located close to the power outlet. If you are worried about water dripping on the power outlet, you can use the built-in bidet instead. And yes, there is not 24/7 someone at the reception, however, I could always reach them via Messenger/WhatsApp and they quickly took care of my question or the issue.
Honestly, I don't think the criticism of the other guests highlights major issues.

We had a great stay at Lumi Hotel and Apartment. The staff were very accommodating despite the language barrier, and the room was spacious for two people. It was fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and other essentials—very convenient for washing clothes and reheating food (outside food is allowed). We truly enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the staff for kindly keeping our luggage even after our 2 PM checkout. Highly recommended!
The only downside was the timing of some repairs during our stay. There were moments when repair work was ongoing and the noise could be quite loud.

シビアな人なら色々不満が出るかもだけど
海外だし細かいことは仕方ないし
3泊して困った事はなかったです！
