The self-check-in process itself worked well, although the directions to the studio within the building were not entirely clear. The studio was private and suitable for a short stay. I also appreciated that the host responded promptly when I contacted them about an item I may have left behind.
Communication was the main difficulty. Questions about the arrival instructions were not answered clearly. When I telephoned, I was told that communication was only possible in French, so I had to translate my messages myself. The directions to the studio inside the building and to the rubbish bins were also unclear.
The studio was on the ground floor, so leaving the window open overnight did not feel practical or secure. There was no portable fan, the bathroom extractor fan was not working, and the toilet did not flush properly. There was also no spare bin bag, despite guests being asked to remove the rubbish before departure.
Overall, the stay would have been more comfortable with clearer communication, better ventilation and attention to the maintenance issues.

Great location with easy access to Disneyland Paris and the train station. The apartment was good value for money compared to other accommodation in the area.
The check-in experience could be improved. We struggled to find the property as the arrival instructions were not very clear. Communication was also disappointing, as our messages before arrival were never answered and we only received automated responses
