Entrance was dirty I thought a sea gull had been plucked in the hallway when arriving

Very modern looking flat and had everything we needed, comfortable beds.
Leg on chair in living room was broken so we couldn't use, floor was dirty and looked like it hadn't been hoovered aldo dirty sticky marks on bed throws. I did make owners aware and someone contacted me and offered to come and hoover the flat and fix chair so they did respond well.

Modern, smart, pleasant and good quality. Speedy response to messages from host and stay.
Only 1 bedside light in twin room. No fan to cool. Very noisy outside so had to have windows shut and no means to cool. Alarm in hallway going off throughout All of time there. Reported but not resolved. No hanging space, drawers 3/4 full of clean bedding. Residue of sand on the floor. No plug by bed. Internet poor.
